Keith Copeland is a distinguished professional speaker, teacher, and coach, committed to transforming lives through leadership development and guiding individuals towards ultimate success.

Keith's passion for leadership was ignited by the challenges, opportunities, and sense of teamwork he experienced as a student government leader and championship athlete in high school, college, and the military. His commitment to supporting peers and teammates along the way led to a deep dedication to fostering both individual growth and collective achievement.

Affectionately known as "Coach C", Keith brings over 25 years of leadership experience across the military, athletics, education, and community leadership. He served as a Non-Commission Officer in the U.S. Army, and has held roles as a championship athlete, coach, athletic director, educator, and civic leader. Throughout his career, he has consistently held positions of responsibility and accountability that has led to creating change and faciitated growth.

Keith's upcoming book, "To Know, To Do, To Live Leadership", is crafted to inspire emerging leaders and challenge seasoned ones to rise higher. It is a powerful resource for those committed to elevating themselves and bringing out the -B.E.S.T.-in every area of life and leadership.

Keith holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of the District of Columbia, a Master Certification in Sports Coaching and Management from the United States Sports Academy, and numerous certifications across various fields of leadership and professional development.

Keith has successfully collaborated with a wide range of organizations, including the Boys & Girls Club, Jack & Jill of America, YMCA, NAACP, multiple school districts and charter schools, and collegiate-level fraternities and sororities. His influence also extends to school-based clubs and student leadership organizations.

In recognition of his achievements and contributions, Coach C was inducted into Marquis Who's Who of America for 2022-2023.
